Hello!  I doubt that anyone on my friends page knows who I am any more, I've been gone so long, but I had a lot of... well, lets face it, SHIT, to deal with.  But I went ahead and returned to the land of livejournal, because for the sake of  my mind, I had to have some fun.  I've been so concerned with all the moving, and finding a job, and then moving again... little did I know, almost as soon as I got up here, Rayne would be moving again...  URGH!

But I finally had to do it... (like I need another bill right now)  I had to get internet access before the deprivation finally killed me!

For anyone who cares, I'll try and post some new chapters of several of my unfinished WIPs as soon as I can, I'm still sorting out where my flash-drives are, or if they even got packed at all.  *frets*

Hey, guys  --  Subu here.  As some of you know (IE bluestocking79, kita_the_spaz, josx88 and others), I'm in the middle of a major cross-country move.  Mississippi to Wisconsin.  Been on the road for 12 hours, and I'm dead on my feet.  I'm posting from a Super8 in Sikeston, Missouri so I may not update for a few days.  Bear with me.  I'm so tired the screen is blurry, so blame any mistakes on that.

Kita is staying behind, in Miss. at least for now.  We'll keep in touch, but there might be some delays in posting since I have to email fics to her for beta.  She's recently got her own account... kita_the_spaz, and has been posting in her favorite fandom.

Well,  I need some sleep, cause it's at least eight more hours on the road tomorrow, so I'll be in touch soon.

Well, started Therapy for what turned out to be two very badly strained muscles in my shoulder.  Can we say OUCH?  She poked and prodded and pulled my arm six ways from Sunday to determine the range of motion I could still attain and needless to say, It wasn't very pleasant.  I'm still drugged, including two new meds... don't ask me what they're for, Dr. Chance keeps throwing drugs at the problem... so forgive any idiocy and/or typos.

Kita's birthday is tomorrow, so I'm quietly trying to write her a Kakashi/Iruka fanfic for it.  And I don't even like Naruto all that much.  Not to mention, I still have my doubts about Kakashi being gay.  But hey, it's for her birthday so, I'll pretend.

Speaking of Birthday's... Today is ani_mama's and I present her a little bit of sheer crack!  Don't say I didn't warn you!

For Christmas, the lovely ladyofthethread gifted me with a paid account and I promised her a fic in return.  What was meant to be a simple 6000 or 7000 word tale, when confronted with characters like Yuuko and Count D and of course, Fai and Kurogane, grew and evolved into a rather massive story that I have had to break into several smaller sections.  This one contains Chapters 1-4.

While the actual release date for Volume one of Pet Shop of Horrors Tokyo isn't until the 12th, the Local Books-a-Million doesn't pay much attention to release dates on anything that's not "street dated" (in other words- something like HP, that has a strictly adhered to sell-by date).  I spotted Pet Shop of Horrors: Tokyo and bought a copy for Kita and one for myself. 

I'm so happy.

Excuse me now, I'm off to read it!
